The North Strand Diagnostic Center, a department of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, serves residents in the northern part of Horry County and in southeastern North Carolina.

The Center provides outpatient diagnostic services including mammography, X-Ray, bone densitometry and laboratory services.

The Diagnostic Center is open from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30 am - noon on Friday.
